One of our B2C Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a hungry, agile Head of Partnershpis to join the business and drive all commercial activity with their upstream and downstream partners.

Responsibilities
Manage a team of 20+ across commercial and operations
Own all key-account revenue targets and commercial activity
Manage long-tail relationships with the 75 biggest lenders in India
Own all operations for the downstream the partner ecosystem including reporting, verifications, and collections
Own sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards for this vertical

Qualifications
At least 7 to 10 years of sales experience is preferred
Prior experience owning banking and lender relationships is critical
Prior experience managing a large team across commercial and ops
Technology or Start-up experience would be an advantage
Proactive and hustler mentality
