Role Description The Accountant role at SRVST CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD is a full-time, in office position based in Patna. The Accountant will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll processing, and ensuring timely payment to vendors and contractors. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and cost control for construction projects,



and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The Accountant will also collaborate with project managers and leadership to provide accurate financial data and support audits and internal reviews.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project and operations teams.
Prior experience in construction or infrastructure sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
