Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and SLA commitments.
Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, and leadership teams.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
Manage resource planning, utilization, and demand fulfillment.
Track program financials, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue realization.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, delivery processes, and customer requirements.
Lead team development, mentoring, performance management, and talent retention activities.

Required Skills
Solid Program and Project Management experience.




Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in managing large AMS, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs.
Solid understanding of SLA/KPI management and governance.
Expertise in project planning, risk management, and financial management.
Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, JIRA, and reporting tools.

Preferred Certifications
PMP / Prince2 Certification
Agile Scrum Master / Secure Certification
ITIL Foundation Certification

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
