Welcome clients, visitors, and candidates professionally.
Attend to visitors and direct them to the concerned department.
Maintain a qualified and presentable reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff.
Respond to general inquiries politely and professionally.
Attend to walk-in clients and guide them to the relevant visa counsellor or sales executive.
Coordinate client appointments and maintain the appointment register.
Ensure clients receive timely assistance and a positive experience.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
