Key responsibilities:
Visit apartment communities and present the BGL PNG pipeline and smart gas meter project.
Engage with Facility Managers, RWAs and associations to obtain consent.
Coordinate with BGL and Head Office to address queries.
Follow up, close deals and obtain RWA sign-off.
Hand over confirmed projects to the execution team and coordinate with the RWA when required.
Segment: Domestic piped gas initially, with prospects to move into other metering segments.
Allowances: Travel reimbursement: Separate, against reasonable actual expenses.
