Job Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and explain residential property projects.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
Follow up with interested customers and provide relevant property information.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records in Google Sheets or CRM.
Build valuable customer relationships and assist buyers throughout the process.
Requirements:
Good Hindi communication skills and convincing ability.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers are welcome; telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage.
