Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
Handle daily order processing, packing and dispatch.
Coordinate deliveries to vendors, retail stores and customers.
Track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
Manage returns, exchanges and reverse logistics.
Maintain daily stock and order reports.
Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory or logistics operations.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Experience with Shopify or e-commerce order processing is preferred.
Valuable coordination, communication and organisational skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to handle daily operations independently.
Salary: Based on experience and skills.
