B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience, OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience
Profound knowledge of AutoCAD for structural drawings and detailing
Solid understanding of structural stability requirements and compliance standards
Ability to interpret and validate NDT, load test, wind/seismic analysis reports
Ensure smooth execution of site activities with proper planning and coordination
Supervise manpower, equipment, and material utilization effectively
Maintain compliance with safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirements
Liaise with client and internal departments for timely completion of work
Prepare and submit structured reports in priority matrix format (High/Medium/Low)
Leadership and team management
Problem‑solving and decision‑making under site conditions
Documentation and reporting proficiency
Robust communication and coordination abilities
