Job Description:

Position: Sr. Engineer - Production & Planning

Location: Vapi

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
Robust knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Positive understanding of production planning and shop-floor management.
Ability to optimize manpower and machine utilization.
Knowledge of Quality Management, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under production targets and time constraints.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting systems.
Robust focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.

Required Skills:
Achievement of daily and monthly production targets.




On-time completion of production schedules.
Assembly-line efficiency and productivity improvement.
Reduction in rejection, rework, downtime, and material wastage.
Optimum manpower and machine utilization.
Improvement in product quality and process compliance.
Reduction in manufacturing costs and production losses.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical

Salary: Upto 8.00 LPA
