Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented B2B Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, connecting with corporate clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Connect with potential corporate clients and explain the company's products or services.
Build and maintain robust relationships with business clients.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
Eligibility CriteriaGraduate or undergraduate candidates may apply, depending on experience.
Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
