Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify and acquire recent home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) clients through direct field visits, open-market activities, and referrals.
Channel & Builder Partnerships: Build and maintain robust networks with real estate developers, builders, property dealers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to generate a steady flow of leads.
Financial Assessment & Guidance: Evaluate customer eligibility, explain loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements.
Documentation & Processing: Collect and verify KYC, income documents, and property papers, ensuring smooth coordination with internal credit, legal, technical, and operations teams.
Disbursement & After-Sales Service: Track applications from login to sanction and final disbursement, while addressing customer queries and handling early delinquency or portfolio quality.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for sourcing, loan file logins, sanctions, and disbursals.
