Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding suitable career-oriented courses.
Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, perks, and career prospects.
Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
Build solid relationships with prospective students and provide a positive counselling experience.
