Job Title: BPO Associate (Business Process Outsourcing Associate)

Job Summary:

A BPO Associate is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves communicating with customers through calls, emails, or chat while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain customer records and update information in company systems.
Process customer requests and transactions accurately.
Meet daily performance targets, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Follow company policies, procedures,



and data confidentiality guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate (depending on company requirements).
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle customer concerns patiently.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, night shifts, or weekends if required.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
