We are looking for a friendly and motivated Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for providing information about academic programs, assisting with applications, and building strong relationships with students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and their parents through calls, emails, WhatsApp, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
Explain academic programs, eligibility criteria, admission requirements, fees, and application procedures.
Guide students through the admission process and help them complete application forms accurately.
Assist applicants with document collection, verification, and submission within deadlines.
Follow up with prospective students to address queries and support admission conversions.
Understand students’ educational goals and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Maintain student records, follow-up details, and admission status in the database or CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, counseling, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle student queries professionally and build relationships.
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, education, or sales will be an advantage. Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
