Job Title: Outbound Telecaller

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products and services.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the company system.
Provide accurate information about insurance policies, advantages, and premiums.
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification:



12th pass or graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
Candidates should be confident, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
