Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates to join our team as Loan Sales / Loan Syndication Executives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers who require loans and developing business through telecalling, cold calling, and professional referral networks.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers looking for different types of loans.
Generate leads through telecalling, cold calling, and other sourcing methods.
Build business relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), builders, property brokers, and other professionals.
Source customers for personal loans, home loans, business loans, loans against property,



and other financial products.
Understand customer requirements and connect them with suitable loan options.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Achieve business development and lead-generation targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
No strict educational qualification or experience barrier.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales, customer acquisition, and financial products.
Willingness to make calls, generate leads, and build professional networks.
