Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Profiling: Identify and map target accounts, key decision-makers and industry stakeholders using LinkedIn, skilled directories and online databases.
Cold Outreach & Calling: Conduct outbound calling campaigns to introduce our offerings, map pain points and qualify prospective business opportunities.
Zoho CRM Management: Log all lead interactions, maintain accurate contact statuses and build custom pipelines to ensure zero lead leakage.
Market & Competitor Research: Execute data-driven research to identify emerging market trends, discover untapped industry verticals and track competitor positioning.
Data Hygiene & Reporting: Update and cleanse legacy database records while building basic lead conversion reports using Zoho CRM analytics.
