Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and material usage.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site management.
Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of work.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, with practical site supervision experience. Knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
