Car Mechanic – Roles & Responsibilities
Perform regular servicing and maintenance of vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related problems.
Repair and replace faulty parts such as brakes, clutch, suspension, filters, and belts.
Perform periodic maintenance services (PMS).
Use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues.
Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests after repairs.
Follow job cards and complete assigned work properly.
Ensure quality work and timely completion of repairs.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area.
Follow workshop safety and company standards.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Team Leaders.
Minimize repeat repairs and customer complaints.
