Job Title: Service Advisor – BMW Motorrad Bikes
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their motorcycle service requirements.
Handle service bookings, customer queries, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
Prepare service estimates and explain repair work to customers.
Provide regular updates on service progress and delivery timelines.
Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
HSC or Graduate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an authorized automobile or motorcycle dealership.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Experience with premium bikes or BMW Motorrad will be preferred.
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience, plus incentives.
