Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide polite, professional customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them on time.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Follow restaurant hygiene standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
Valuable communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in a team and manage busy shifts.
Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
