Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery and utility equipment.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance procedures.
Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
Supervise contractors and technical teams.
Drive cost-saving, continuous improvement, and 5S initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Skills Required:
Electrical and mechanical maintenance expertise.
Knowledge of VFDs, PLC/controller programming, and utility systems.
Experience with SAP and maintenance documentation.
Solid communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skill.

Qualifications:

Education: Engineering degree preferable (bachelor’s in electrical or mechatronics or mechanical engineering)





Experience: >3 years related work experience preferable
