Act as a fashion advisor to help customers coordinate outfits, matching accessories, or family-matching sets.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Drive sales aggressively during peak festival hours to meet daily and weekly store targets.
Upsell and cross-sell festive collections, combos, and ongoing Diwali discount offers.
Store & Inventory Maintenance:
Keep assigned sections, racks, and trial rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Restock shelves and display tables quickly as quick-moving festival stock sells out.
Assist the inventory team with daily stock checks and size replenishment.
Billing & Customer Service Support:
Handover selected garments smoothly to the billing counter with proper tags.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, or returns politely and efficiently, maintaining crowd control during rush hours.
