Job PurposeTo source and process vehicle loan applications, achieve business targets, build relationships with dealers and customers, and ensure quality loan disbursement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire current customers for vehicle loan products.
Source business through dealerships, referrals, and direct marketing activities.
Explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain relationships with dealers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and channel partners.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and KYC norms.
Track market competition and identify recent business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Support collection activities and portfolio quality when required.
