Qualifications & Experience:
Works Manager: B.E. with 8–10 years of HCV service experience (1–2 years of EV experience is highly preferred).
Supervisor: B.E. / Diploma with 3–5 years of HCV service experience (EV experience preferred).
Technician: Diploma in Auto Electricals with 5–8 years of experience (Auto Electrical background required due to EV focus).
Overall Requirement & Budget:
Total Headcount: 13 positions (10 for EV Tractor Service, 3 for Trailer Service).
Budget Limit: Total cost must not exceed Rs. 3.5 Lakhs.
Shift & Salary Breakup (Prime Mover - Maintenance Team):
Works Manager (Service Incharge): 1 (1st Shift) | Total: 1 | CTC: Rs. 50,000
Supervisor: 1 (1st Shift) + 1 (2nd Shift) | Total: 2 | CTC: Rs. 40,000
Technician: 3 (1st Shift) + 2 (2nd Shift) | Total: 5 | CTC: Rs. 30,000
Breakdown Technician: 1 at Champa + 1 at Bilaspur | Total: 2 | CTC: Rs. 30,000
