Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; preferably Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
23 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or operations support.
Advanced Excel: Robust expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, data validation, conditional formatting, charts, and data cleaning.
PowerPoint: Ability to create skilled, structured, and visually appealing presentations for management reporting.
Valuable understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, and dashboard preparation.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
Excellent analytical,



organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in report automation and dashboard development.
Working knowledge of Power Query and basic data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
Exposure to KPI reporting, management dashboards, and business performance analysis.
