Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Credit Card Sales Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers and sales executives, drive credit card sales, achieve monthly targets, and ensure quality business generation through various banking partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales telecallers and executives.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company requirements.
Monitor team performance, productivity, lead conversion, login, approval, and activation ratios.
Ensure quality customer leads and maximum conversion into approved credit card applications.
Coordinate with bank representatives and internal teams to resolve application, login, rejection, and payout-related issues.
Conduct daily team briefings, sales training, and performance reviews.
Monitor attendance, calling productivity, follow-ups, and daily MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with bank policies,



documentation requirements, and sales guidelines.
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve team productivity and revenue.
Maintain discipline, accountability, and a target-oriented work workplace.
Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in credit card sales or banking sales.
Prior experience managing a sales or telecalling team is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good understanding of credit card products, eligibility, application processes, and banking procedures.
Target-driven approach with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and sales MIS reporting.
