Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and joining dates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.




Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee trackers in Excel.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/B.Com/Any relevant degree.
Experience: 0–4 years in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
