Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions using Python, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Build end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation pipelines covering document processing, retrieval, embeddings, semantic search, and response generation.
Develop agentic AI applications with tool calling, multi-step reasoning, and automated workflow orchestration.
Design scalable AI services, REST APIs, and microservices for production applications.
Deploy, integrate, monitor, and optimize AI solutions on AWS for reliability, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Skills Required:
8 - 11 years of relevant experience in software engineering, machine learning, NLP, or AI engineering.
Solid hands-on experience with Python, NLP,



deep learning, transformer-based models, embeddings, and large language models.
Experience building agentic AI and AI engineering solutions, including AI agents, tool integrations, and workflow automation.
Practical experience developing retrieval-augmented generation systems and adapting or fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
Proven experience deploying AI applications on AWS and building production-grade services and integrations.

Positive to Have:
Experience with SQL and FastAPI for data access and scalable Python REST services.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
