Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients.
Assist with US tax return queries and documentation.
Follow up on pending documents and missing information.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge.
