Salary: Up to ₹22,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives
Shift: 7 PM–4 AM | US Night Shift
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Cab: One-Way Drop Facility
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Market and promote IT consultants who are available on bench.
Coordinate with US vendors, clients and implementation partners.
Identify suitable requirements and match consultants with job openings.
Submit candidate profiles to relevant requirements.
Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with vendors and clients throughout the placement process.
Maintain consultant and requirement databases.
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and clients.




Meet daily and monthly placement targets.

Requirements
0–1 year experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing preferred.
Freshers with knowledge of US IT Recruitment/Staffing can apply.
Any Bachelor's degree.
Excellent English communication skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing skills.
Comfortable communicating with US clients/vendors.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willing to work in a permanent US night shift.
