About Touchwood

Touchwood Team is a content-led creative agency in Ghaziabad. Strategy, creative, production, editing, design and social sit under one roof, with AI built into how we work, not bolted on. Since 2021 we've made content for FMCG, D2C, hospitality, lifestyle and founder brands.

A growing share of our work is sport. Right now we produce content for four sports leagues across different sports, and we're building a dedicated team around it.

The role

Sport isn't cut. It's edited. We need someone who feels the moment before it lands: the match point, the wicket, the comeback. You'll turn match footage, player shoots and behind-the-scenes rushes into Reels, highlight packages, player introductions and match-day promos, often on live-event timelines. You'll work alongside our sports designers and producers, and your edits will go live for real audiences every week.

What you'll do
Cut highlight reels, player intros, match-day promos, hype edits and recap films for Instagram, YouTube and broadcast-style formats
Build pace and tension with music-led cuts, speed ramps, sound design and impact moments
Turn around match-day content fast, including same-day highlights when the game demands it
Add motion graphics in After Effects: score cards, lower thirds, player cards, kinetic type




Colour grade for a consistent league look across a high volume of assets
Use AI tools (generative video, upscaling, auto-captions, rotoscoping) to move faster without dropping quality
Version every edit for 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9
Keep projects, footage and archives organised so anyone on the team can pick up where you left off

You'll fit if you
Have 2+ years of editing experience, with a portfolio that includes sports, fitness or high-energy content
Are fluent in Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
Actually watch sport and understand rhythm, stakes and storytelling
Have experimented with AI video tools and have opinions on what works
Can take a brief, pitch a better idea, and still hit the deadline
Can work in office in Ghaziabad and stay sharp on match days
