Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to generate loan leads, connect with prospective customers, explain suitable loan products, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful loan processing and disbursement.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan leads.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Generate leads for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital (WC), Education Loans (EL), and Car Loans.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan solutions.
Collect preliminary customer information and coordinate for required documents.
Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into business.
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up status in the CRM or tracking sheet.




Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain skilled communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or loan sales is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of loan products and customer handling.
Ability to handle customer objections and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
Performance Parameters (KPIs)Daily outbound calls and customer connect ratio.
Number of qualified leads generated.
Lead conversion ratio and login numbers.
Monthly disbursement contribution.
Follow-up efficiency and customer service quality.
