Prepare comprehensive media monitoring reports, summaries, and analytical insights.
Summarise important government events, speeches, press conferences, and policy announcements.
Conduct Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) research on public policy, governance, and political developments.
Track key public figures, institutions, and relevant developments using publicly available information.
Analyse media narratives, identify emerging trends, and highlight significant news developments.
Coordinate with internal research, media, and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery of reports.
Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy, quality, and deadlines.
Eligibility & Required SkillsGraduate or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers with solid analytical and writing skills may apply.




Valuable understanding of print, electronic, digital, and social media in India.
Excellent Hindi reading, writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
Expert Hindi typing skills are mandatory.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Solid research, analytical, organisational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh's political landscape will be an added advantage.
Ability to write in local languages of Uttar Pradesh will be an advantage.
Job RequirementsCandidates must be comfortable working from the office in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle time-sensitive assignments.
Personal laptop is mandatory.
