Job Responsibilities:
Operate and handle Tofflon& truking visual inspection machines for injectable products.
Perform visual inspection of injectable vials ranging from 2 mL to 100 mL.
Conduct leak testing using applicable equipment and approved procedures.
Identify and segregate visible defects, particulate matter, and other product abnormalities as per approved specifications.
Follow SOPs, cGMP, and applicable 21 CFR Part 211 requirements.
Maintain inspection records, rejection records, and other required documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and support regulatory audits.
Required Qualifications & Experience: BSc, B Pharm, ITI,
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in injectable visual inspection operations.
