Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive sales growth, expand market presence, develop customer relationships, and strengthen our distribution network. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire current customers.
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage territory sales, market coverage, and customer visits.
Negotiate pricing, trade schemes, and commercial terms with clients.
Promote products and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and timely delivery.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.




Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track sales performance.
