Company: Creative Star Events, Kanpur

We are looking for a confident, polite and organised RSVP Executive to manage guest confirmations and hospitality coordination for premium weddings and events.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to wedding guests and confirm attendance.
Communicate professionally in Hindi and English.
Record guest details, family size, arrival/departure and travel requirements.
Follow up with guests and maintain accurate RSVP sheets.
Coordinate with the event management and hospitality teams.
Handle guest queries with patience, warmth and professionalism.

Requirements
Positive spoken Hindi and English.
Transparent voice, excellent telephone etiquette and active listening.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.




Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
Telecalling, hotel front desk, hospitality or event experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Employment: Full time; event-season flexibility may be required.
