Job Title: All-Rounder Chef – Hotel & Restaurant

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled All-Rounder Chef for our hotel. The candidate should be capable of preparing a variety of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, as per the hotel’s menu and requirements.

Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Handle Indian cuisine, including North Indian, Chinese and other popular dishes.
Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene and presentation.
Manage kitchen preparation, inventory and food wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Handle restaurant orders, room service and small party/event orders.
Work efficiently during busy hours and manage kitchen operations independently.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
Must be able to cook multiple types of dishes.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Hardworking, punctual and responsible.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen duties.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
