Open to work in US shifts ( 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM )
Responsiboility:
Managing end-to-end recruitment for executive hiring at Global level
Managed end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across US region
Managing end-to-end Core HR operations including employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, and
employee relations.
.Developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and employee management processes
Partnered with business teams to forecast hiring needs and realign job responsibilities.
Conducted regular store visits to assess employee engagement and resolve HR issues proactively.
