ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve Home Loan disbursement targets through lead generation and customer acquisition.
Develop business through branches, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
Manage the end-to-end loan process from login to disbursement.
Coordinate with legal, technical, credit, and operations teams for smooth processing.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
Ensure compliance with policies, documentation standards, and portfolio quality.
