Handle customer/client queries and maintain valuable relationships.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for timely order processing.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and feedback.
Maintain customer records and regular follow-ups.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team in client communication and coordination.
Skills: Positive communication, follow-up skills, customer handling, coordination, and basic MS Office knowledge.
