HVAC & VRF TechnicianRole SummaryResponsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC and VRF systems across Urban Vault co-working centres.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle HVAC and VRF maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
Attend breakdowns and resolve issues within the required TAT.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
Monitor AC performance, temperature and system efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and technical issues.
Maintain basic maintenance records and report recurring issues.
Follow safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.
RequirementsITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/VRF maintenance.
Experience in commercial buildings, offices, hotels or co-working spaces preferred.
Basic understanding of VRF systems, AC units, electrical controls and troubleshooting.
Willingness to travel across Urban Vault centres as required.
