Role & responsibilities
Design and execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability tests for healthcare applications.
Develop and maintain JMeter scripts/Test Complete scripts/ Selenium scripts for APIs, web apps and healthcare protocols (including WADO-RS, WADO-URI, FHIR, DICOM REST if applicable).
Build workload models reflecting real hospital workflows such as image retrieval, order creation,reporting workflows, viewer performance, etc.
Perform root cause analysis for bottlenecks in PACS/RIS/HIS systems.

Mandatory:
5+ years of experience in Performance Testing
Robust hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
Hands-on with Datadog APM, logs, dashboards
Scripting skills: Test Complete, Selenium
Deep understanding of API protocols: REST, HTTP, microservices
Familiarity with AI-assisted software testing practices, including generating test cases, test data,and automation scripts using generative AI tools.

Soft Skills:
Solid analytical and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work closely with developers, QA, DevOps.
Excellent documentation and communication
Proactive and detail-oriented
