Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive who can generate quality leads, attract potential clients, and help grow our business. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing skills, positive communication abilities, and the confidence to convert prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
Generate quality leads through social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and other online channels.
Identify potential clients, connect with decision-makers, and develop current business opportunities.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging marketing content.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings to convert them into customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and business partners.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential target audiences.
Track campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing results.
Work towards achieving monthly lead generation, sales, and business growth targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred.
Knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and online lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth.
