Job Description: Political Consultant – Associate / Senior AssociateCompany: Kautilya Research & Consulting (KRAC)

Location: Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi/Banaras, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: ₹75,000–₹80,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and interview performance

Qualification: Minimum 70% in Class 10th and 12th; postgraduate degree preferred

Language: Hindi proficiency required

Laptop: Own laptop mandatory

Job Type: Contractual – November 2026 to mid-March 2027 (4.5 months), extendable based on project requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute political campaigns and outreach activities at the Assembly Constituency level.
Conduct ground research, collect local insights, and prepare reports.
Coordinate with local stakeholders, influencers, volunteers, vendors, and campaign teams.
Monitor campaign activities, voter feedback, and local political developments.
Support community mobilisation,



social media engagement, and local content creation.
Prepare presentations, activity trackers, and campaign progress reports.
Identify field-level challenges and recommend practical solutions.
Required SkillsUnderstanding of Uttar Pradesh's political landscape and local issues.
Robust communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and social media.
Willingness to travel and stay across Uttar Pradesh, including rural areas.
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and during campaign events.

Preference: Candidates from Uttar Pradesh, especially Lucknow, Kanpur, and Varanasi.
