Role & responsibilities
Prepare project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Quality, and other departments.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
Track material availability, manufacturing activities, and delivery milestones.
Prepare project status reports, MIS, and progress dashboards.
Identify project risks and coordinate corrective actions.
Conduct project review meetings and follow up on pending activities.
Ensure effective resource planning and timely completion of project milestones.
Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Key Skills
Project Procurement / Purchase experience
Robust vendor development & negotiation skills
Focus on on-time material delivery for projects
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Experience in Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering preferred
