HR Head – Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Talent Management
Plan manpower requirements.
Lead recruitment and selection.
Ensure proper onboarding and induction.
Build a strong talent pipeline and retain key employees.
Policy Making & HR Systems
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company requirements.
Establish transparent systems for attendance, leave, appraisal, salary, discipline, KRA/KPI and employee lifecycle.
Regularly review and improve HR policies.
Culture & Employee Engagement, KRA & KPI & PMS
Develop a positive and qualified workplace culture.
Improve employee engagement, communication and teamwork.
Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
Promote discipline,



accountability, ethics and company values.
Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Define and manage KRA & KPI frameworks across departments
Develop and implement PMS and performance appraisal systems
Track employee performance against defined KPIs
Support performance reviews, increments, promotions and rewards
Align employee goals with organizational objectives

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
