Work Location: L-30, Kirti Nagar, Current Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Pre-Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads for Bhawani Fitness’s health and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with interested customers and explain our programs.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule consultations and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/software regularly.
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Required Skills




Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.
A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

Job Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Mode: Work From Office
Location: L-30, Kirti Nagar, Recent Delhi
Salary: As per interview and experience
