Qualification - MBA, PGDM, MSW (With Human resource specialization)

Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition receipt to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media platforms).
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports and MIS on hiring status, TAT, and source effectiveness.
Participate in walk-in drives, and recruitment events as required.
