Roles & Responsibilities
Call leads and potential students.
Explain courses, fees, and course details.
Understand student requirements and guide them.
Follow up with interested students regularly.
Generate walk-ins for the centre.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
Convert leads into walk-ins and admissions.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate with the centre team for student visits and admissions.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with making calls.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Freshers can also apply.
Experience in sales, tele-calling, or counselling is an advantage.
